Description
VERACITY NIPT maximum – a screening study for the diagnosis of chromosomal abnormalities and the sex of the fetus. Recommended from 10 weeks of pregnancy, confirmed by ultrasound.
Recommended for singleton pregnancies, surrogate pregnancies, pregnancies with a donor egg for the diagnosis of Down, Di-Georgie, Edwards, Patau syndromes, trisomy and disomy of sex chromosomes, microdeletions, as well as for determining the presence of a Y chromosome (sex of the fetus).
When and who needs the test?
The age of the pregnant woman is over 35 years old, Down syndrome in previous pregnancies, the presence of chromosomal abnormalities in the family history, abnormalities in the results of biochemical screening in the I-II trimester, abnormal ultrasound.
