- If an electronic application is filled out outside working hours, it will be considered the next day.
- If, for some reason, you decide to cancel the order for a nurse visit, please let us know your decision in advance.

- The service of collecting biomaterial at home is paid.
- The cost of a nurse's visit to collect biomaterial depends on the city chosen:
- Within the cities of Kyiv — UAH 500
- Within the cities of Dnipro, Odesa, Kharkiv, Lviv — UAH 400.
- Within the cities of Zaporizhzhia, Chernihiv, Mykolaiv, Kropyvnytskyi, Kryvyi Rih, Poltava — UAH 300.
- Within the cities of Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi — UAH 200.
- For orders over UAH 4,000, nurse home visits within the city costs 1 UAH. Available in: Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa, Kharkiv, Lviv, Zaporizhzhia, Chernihiv, Mykolaiv, Kropyvnytskyi, Poltava.
- The final cost of the order will be specified by the operator during the order confirmation.
