Limited Liability Company Synevo Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the Company), in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine on the mandatory audit of financial statements, announces a Competition for the selection of audit entities to provide services for the mandatory audit of the Company's financial statements. The purpose of the Competition is to select, on a competitive basis, an audit entity to provide services for the mandatory audit of the Company's financial statements.

The audit should be conducted by an independent and qualified audit entity with experience in conducting an audit in accordance with international auditing standards, be included in the register of audit entities entitled to provide services for the mandatory audit of financial statements of enterprises that are of public interest and meet other requirements of the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Audit of Financial Statements and Auditing Activities’.
