How to make an order
The necessity of examination is determined by the attending physician.
Receive an electronic referral from your doctor for laboratory tests created in the Electronic Health System (EHS).
An SMS with an electronic referral number (16 digits) will be sent to your phone.
Click the "Register" button in the block below or call 044 20 500 20*.
Enter the referral number and fill out the data on the website if you have chosen online registration, or provide the referral number to the information service operator if you have chosen registration by phone.
On the website or while speaking with the operator, choose a convenient day to take the test and the nearest laboratory center where the medical guarantee program is working.
Receive your order number via SMS and read the rules for preparing for testing.
