If you order tests for your minor child, please provide your phone number, which you provided when registering in the RESULT Synevo loyalty program. So you can use bonus points from your bonus account to pay for the tests and/or receive bonus points for the sum paid in money funds. Please note: redemption of bonus points for tests payment online you must confirm with the verification code in SMS that will be sent to the phone number participating in the loyalty program.

Yes, you can use the collected bonus points or a part of them to pay for tests at Synevo: when paying for a booked service — online —  you indicate the number of bonus points that you intend to use, within the limits of the balance on your bonus account. If there are not enough bonus points to pay test costs in full or you do not intend to pay 100% of the tests costs with bonus points, you pay the rest of the sum with money funds.

There are no restrictions: bonus points can be used to pay for any tests in the Synevo laboratory.

How to use bonus points?

Accepted Answer

With the collected bonus points, you can pay for any tests at Synevo. When you pay for your order, online, you indicate the number of bonus points that you intend to use. This number can be up to 100% of the test costs (in other words, you can pay for the test with bonus points only!), but should not exceed the balance of bonus points on your bonus account. For example, if you have 100 bonus points on your bonus account, then for a test that costs UAH 300, you can pay UAH 200 with money funds and 100 with bonus points. After payment, 100 bonus points will be written off from your bonus account, and 20 new bonus points (10% of UAH 200 — the amount paid in money funds) will be added. Please note: when ordering tests, you must indicate the phone number, which takes part in the RESULT Synevo loyalty program. By paying 100% of the test costs with bonus points, we mean its purchase for UAH 0.10.

How to earn bonus points?

Paying for any tests in Synevo, you get in bonus points 10% of the sum, paid with money funds (except the biomaterial taking cost). For each paid 10 bonuses (10 UAH). UAH 500 = 50 bonuses/ UAH 50, etc. will be added to your bonus account. Bonus points are added within 24 hours after test-taking.More bonus points — 20% of the paid sum – can be earned via prepayment (‘Prepaid tests’ option). Paying 1000, 3000, 5000 UAH in advance, you will get 1200, 3600, or 6000 respectively on your bonus account. ‘Prepayment’ bonus points are added to the bonus account within 10 min from the moment of payment. Please note: buying bonus points via prepayment, you must indicate the phone number, which takes part in the RESULT Synevo loyalty program.
