9515. Tryptase
Description
Tryptase is a trypsin-like enzyme found in the granules of mastocytes (passive cells) and basophils. The concentration of tryptase in mastocytes is about 300 times higher than in basophils.
A temporary increase in tryptase levels to abnormal values occurs in immediate-type allergic reactions. The initial increase is recorded 15-30 minutes after contact with the allergen, the maximum level is reached 2 hours after the immediate reaction, remaining elevated for 24 hours

Recommended in the presence of symptoms of mastocyte activation: itching, urticaria, rhinorrhea, sneezing, cough, shortness of breath, chest pain, lacrimation, hypotension, abdominal pain, heart palpitations, loss of consciousness and other.
