Description
Vitamin B1 is a substance from the group of water-soluble vitamins. It is involved in the regulation of the activity of the nervous system, energy and water-salt balance, the metabolism of fats, proteins and carbohydrates, and is an antioxidant.
This test is used in the diagnosis of hypovitaminosis, malabsorption syndrome, metabolic disorders, to identify the root causes of the development of neuritis. It should be studied in combination with other B vitamins.
