Description
Pathological examination of tissues obtained by biopsy of the endocervix (the anatomical part of the cervix) is to determine their condition and identify abnormalities in the structure. PMF of endocervix tissues is used in the diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors and precancerous conditions of the cervix. It must be carried out in case of detection of serious pathological changes according to colposcopy or PAP-test.
When and who needs the test?
The test is carried out to assess the risk of pathological changes in the tissue and cells of the cervix (endocervix).
