Description
AF GENITAL SYSTEM allows you to detect, semi-quantitatively count, pre-identify and determine the sensitivity to antibiotics Mycoplasma hominis and Ureaplasma urealyticum, to identify and identify microorganisms most often released from vaginal and urethral smears, spp. / Providencia spp., Pseudomonas spp., Gardnerella vaginalis, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Streptococcus agalactiae (Group B) and Candida spp.
When and who needs the test?
- Allows to solve the problem of diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the urogenital tract, especially in patients with high infectious risk.
- Scraping test is carried out to diagnose mycoplasmosis, ureaplasmosis, gardnerellosis, trichomoniasis, chlamydia, vaginosis, gonorrhea.
- If pathogenic intestinal flora is detected, the test for antibiotic resistance is performed – a test for the sensitivity of microorganisms to antibiotics.
