Description
Determination of antisperm antibodies in combination with a clinical semen analysis for the diagnosis of immune causes of infertility in men. Antisperm antibodies are specific immunoglobulins that target different parts of the spermatozoa.
This test allows you to determine the percentage of normal spermatozoa coated with antibodies to the total number of normal spermatozoa.
When and who needs the test?
- in the complex examination of an infertile couple (together with the study of spermogram)
