Description
Prostate secretion test is a microscopic examination of the fluid produced by the prostate gland, which can be used to evaluate the function of the prostate gland and determine the presence of an inflammatory process in the prostate gland (prostatitis).
It is the main method for diagnosing and monitoring the treatment of chronic prostatitis. In addition, the test plays a role in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.
When and who needs the test?
- The presence of inflammatory diseases of the prostate gland;

- monitoring the effectiveness of treatment;
- control of the state of microflora when taking antibiotics;
