Description
Urine test according to Nechiporenko is the most effective method for the quantitative and qualitative study of the composition of urine. It allows you to accurately determine the concentration of various substances and elements in 1 ml of urine.
It is used in the diagnosis of cystitis, pyelonephritis, glomerulonephritis and other inflammatory diseases of the urinary system. It should be carried out in conjunction with general urine and blood tests, study of creatinine, urea, urea nitrogen, trace elements.
When and who needs the test?
- diagnostics and differential diagnosis of kidney and/or urinary tract diseases (acute renal failure, tubular necrosis, cystitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis, acute and chronic glomerulonephritis, etc.);
- diagnosis of latent hematuria, clarification of the issue of the predominance of leukocyturia or hematuria;
- diagnostics of hidden cylindruria;
