A comprehensive laboratory test designed to determine the etiology of abnormal vaginal discharge. Combines PCR screening for Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma genitalium, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Gardnerella vaginalis, Candida spp., and Lactobacillus spp. with bacteriological culture complemented by an antibiotic susceptibility test and minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) determination. The study allows differential diagnosis of bacterial, fungal, aerobic, and specific vaginitis. If pathogenic microflora is detected, antibiotic susceptibility testing is performed to ensure personalized treatment selection.
