Package No.20 includes tests to identify unconditionally pathogenic microorganisms that provoke sexually transmitted diseases.
It is advisable to prescribe this package in the presence of such symptoms: pain in the groin area, aggravated by urination, urinary disorders, discomfort during intercourse, burning sensation, itching, purulent, mucous or frothy discharge from the urethra, fever.
Research package No. 20 is prescribed to determine the causative agents of such diseases as chlamydia (Chlamydia trachomatis), mycoplasmosis (Mycoplasma genitalium), trichomoniasis (Trichomonas vaginalis), gonorrhea (Neisseria gonorrhoeae).
Normally, the human body does not contain these microorganisms, therefore, when they are detected, it is necessary to prescribe a specific treatment. To select it, an antibioticogram is performed - a method for determining the sensitivity of pathogens to antibacterial agents.
