Description
The ANA test underlies the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases and is the most prescribed test in this area. A comprehensive study of the 14 most significant in the development of systemic diseases of the connective tissue of IgG antibodies.
Allows to detect specific ENA antibodies at their lowest concentration in blood serum, which can occur both in combination and in isolation. Some varieties of ANA occur in the same disease or in overlapping syndromes.
Reassessment may be required to distinguish transient induction of autoantibodies from persistent presence in autoimmune disease. It should be borne in mind that the results of the determination of antinuclear antibodies obtained in different laboratories may differ due to differences in the methods used and the antigens used.
