Lupus anticoagulant – IgG is directed against negatively charged phospholipids.β-2-glycoprotein I is a glycosylated plasma protein with anticoagulant properties.
Antiphospholipid syndrome is manifested by the presence of venous thrombosis, pulmonary hypertension, migraine, convulsions, mental disorders.
This test is used to diagnose antiphospholipid syndrome in the presence of pregnancy pathology, before starting oral contraceptives, in oncology, with a decrease in platelets, to assess thrombotic risk in the presence of systemic lupus erythematosus.
