Description

Package No. 130 includes a set of tests elaborated for primary screening of antiphospholipid syndrome. It includes the following tests: Cardiolipin is a phospholipid that is present in blood plasma and is part of the inner membrane of mitochondria.

Lupus anticoagulant – IgG is directed against negatively charged phospholipids.β-2-glycoprotein I is a glycosylated plasma protein with anticoagulant properties.

Antiphospholipid syndrome is manifested by the presence of venous thrombosis, pulmonary hypertension, migraine, convulsions, mental disorders.

This test is used to diagnose antiphospholipid syndrome in the presence of pregnancy pathology, before starting oral contraceptives, in oncology, with a decrease in platelets, to assess thrombotic risk in the presence of systemic lupus erythematosus.

When and who needs the test?

Miscarriage, fetal loss syndrome at various stages of pregnancy, infertility, bleeding during pregnancy, placental abruption, fetal growth retardation, fetoplacental insufficiency, antenatal fetal death, before taking oral bleeding, hormone replacement therapy, and control during taking these drugs, strokes, heart attacks, prolongation of APTT in the coagulogram, thrombocytopenia, hemolytic anemia.
