2048. Phospholipids, IgM antibodies
Description
Antibodies of the IgM class to phospholipids make it possible to detect the presence of antibodies to several phospholipids simultaneously: cardiolipin, phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidelic acid and β-2-glycoproteins I, their determination is carried out in the presence of venous platelets. The appearance of these antibodies, means that an acute process started.
Antiphospholipid syndrome recommended for screening and in case of a positive result for any phospholipid, a specific test of antibodies to it will be necessary.
The complex prescribes blood tests, general and biochemical, coagulogram.
When and who needs the test?
