Description
IgG antibodies to Ureaplasma urealyticum indicate a past or chronic infection. The test is used to detect the immune response to the pathogen in cases of infertility, chronic inflammation of the urogenital tract, and pregnancy complications.
When and who needs the test?
- Couples with unexplained infertility or infertility of tubal/inflammatory origin.
