Description
There are hundreds of proteins in the body. Having fulfilled their function, they disintegrate and are excreted from the body. Only a small part of them are excreted unchanged through the kidneys.
With impaired renal function, the amount of unchanged protein in the urine increases.
The study of protein levels in daily urine allows you to accurately assess kidney function and diagnose several diseases (renal failure, glomerulonephritis, diabetic nephropathy, and others).
