Опис

The package makes it possible to assess the levels of synthesis of the main pituitary hormones that regulate the functioning of the body's reproductive system.

Package №193 is a set of tests designed to diagnose the causes of delayed puberty and infertility in women. It includes the determination of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) levels with the calculation of their ratio.

LH and FSH are hormones produced by the pituitary gland that participate in regulating ovarian function, follicle maturation and ovulation, and stimulation of progesterone synthesis. FSH ensures oocyte maturation and estrogen synthesis, while LH is responsible for ovulation and progesterone production.

The LH/FSH ratio is calculated in cases of delayed puberty, absence of menstruation or menstrual cycle disorders, infertility, and polycystic ovary syndrome. Changes in this indicator may indicate polycystic ovary syndrome, ovarian exhaustion, menopause, or pituitary tumors.

Additional recommended tests include TSH, prolactin, estradiol, progesterone, free testosterone index, and anti-Müllerian hormone.
