Package No. 4.13 ‘Hospital’ is a set of clinical, biochemical blood parameters necessary for making a diagnosis when a patient is admitted to a hospital.
This package of studies reflects the general condition of the body and will help identify pathological changes in:
- glucose metabolism, liver tissue (alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total bilirubin, γ-glutamate transferase (GGT));
- gallbladder (alkaline phosphatase (LF));
- kidney condition (creatinine, general urinalysis, urine sediment microscopy), inflammatory processes (erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR));
- the presence of hyper- or hypocoagulable states (prothrombin test (PT, % according to Quick, INR), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin time (TP), fibrinogen).
