Description

Package No. 39 is elaborated to detect pathologies in men, the risk of which increases after the age of 40, especially in patients with a burdened family history.

This screening is elaborated to detect thyroid pathology (thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH)); prostate gland (prostate-specific antigen common (PSA common)); diabetes mellitus (glucose), age-related androgen deficiency (total testosterone, free androgen index (total testosterone/SHBG)); atherosclerosis (cholesterol, high density lipoproteins (HDL); low density lipoproteins (LDL); triglycerides; very low density lipoproteins; atherogenic coefficient).

Early diagnosis of these pathologies makes it possible to identify the disease in the initial stages and successfully prevent its progression.

When and who needs the test?

  • Assessment of the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases.
  • For dynamic monitoring of patients with ischemic heart disease, hypertension, atherosclerosis of the heart and blood vessels, kidney pathology, diabetes mellitus.
  • For examining patients with a family history of hypercholesterolemia and a high risk of myocardial infarction or stroke.
  • For the control of lipid-lowering therapy and diet. Screening of prostate neoplasms.
