Comprehensive check-up Chronic Gastritis is a set of blood tests that helps to find out the possible causes of symptoms and manifestations of chronic gastritis. The analysis makes it possible to understand whether it makes sense to take a more in-depth approach to the diagnosis, or whether there are risks of worsening the condition.

Chronic gastritis is a long-term inflammation of the mucous membrane of the stomach. Its frequent cause is the bacterium Helicobacter pylori. Gastritis can also be associated with long-term use of certain pain medications, an autoimmune process in which the immune system damages stomach cells, and other factors.

Chronic gastritis may cause pain or burning in the stomach area, heaviness after eating, rapid satiety, nausea or bloating. Since such symptoms are also possible with other disorders of the digestive system, a combination of different studies is used to assess the state of health.
