Description
Immunoglobulins E are gamma globulins involved in immediate type reactions and antiparasitic protection. Their increase may indicate parasitic invasions, allergic diseases (allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis), pathology of immunity (IgE myeloma, periarteritis nodosa).
