CHECK WHAT MATTERS Promotion rules
1. General Provisions
1.1. The organizer of the Check What Matters Activity (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is LLC Synevo Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
1.2. The purpose of the Promotion is to raise public awareness of the importance of comprehensive health screening and the prevention of cardiometabolic risks.
1.3. Any individual may participate in the Promotion (an adult citizen of Ukraine or a minor acting through their legal representative) provided that they have fulfilled the requirements of these Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Participant).
2. Promotion Period and Locations
2.1. The Promotion is valid from 28 September 2026 through 18 October 2026, inclusive.
2.2. The Promotion is available at all laboratory centers of LLC Synevo Ukraine located in the following cities:
- Kyiv
- Lviv
- Dnipro
- Odesa
- Kharkiv
3. Promotion Details and Terms
3.1. Participants in the Promotion may order Package No. 42.1 Cardiometabolic at a 50% discount off its standard price listed in the Organizer’s price list.
3.2. The discount is available when the service is ordered as an additional test using biological material previously collected from the client.
3.3. Participation procedur:
3.3.1. During the Promotion period, the Client places an order for and provides any laboratory samples at any Synevo center in the cities specified in Clause 2.2.
3.3.2. During the validity period of the stored biological sample (in accordance with the laboratory’s internal requirements for the tests included in Package No. 42.1), the Client may order Package No. 42.1 Cardiometabolic as an additional test at a 50% discount.
3.3.3. The additional test is performed without collecting a new blood sample and without charging a separate biological sample collection fee, provided that a sufficient volume of the previously collected sample remains available and the sample is suitable for testing.
4. Restrictions and Special Conditions
4.1. The 50% discount under this Promotion applies exclusively to Package No. 42.1 Cardiometabolic when ordered as an additional test using a previously collected sample.
4.2. The possibility of performing the additional test is subject to technological limitations, including:
- the availability of the required type and sufficient volume of biological material remaining from the original order;
- compliance with the applicable sample storage period required to perform the tests included in the package.
If no biological material remains, or if the remaining volume is insufficient, the additional testing option cannot technically be provided.
4.3. The discount under this Promotion cannot be combined with other promotional offers, promo codes or discounts under other loyalty programs.
4.4. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary equivalent.
5. Other Terms
5.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules or extend/shorten the Promotion period by publishing an updated version of the Rules on the official website synevo.ua.
5.2. Participation in the Promotion constitutes the Participant’s full acknowledgment of and agreement to these Rules.
