To receive this Special Offer, namely: 50% discount on
Analysis Package No. 563.9: «CHECK UP Your
SPORTiness»+ report with the description of laboratory parameters’ (hereinafter – Special Offer
and/or Coupon), you should register or log in to your Personal Account on the
Synevo Laboratory website synevo.ua and do the following:
- go to the ‘Special Offers’ section of the website;
- select this offer and click the ‘More details’
button;
- read the detailed description of the offer and click
the ‘Order tests’ button;
- place an online order by clicking the ‘Place an
order’ button;
- proceed to payment for the Order, enter the card
details of the international payment system Masterсard®, make payment for the
Order;
- submit the completed order to the Synevo Laboratory*
center in the city you selected when placing the order within the time
specified in the ‘Cart’ on synevo.ua on the order confirmation page.
Attention! The test result is available only to the
owner of the Personal Account on the website.
The Special Offer is valid from 03/14/2025 to 05/31/2025.

The Special Offer is valid in the Synevo Laboratory* centers,
except for those listed at the link.

The cost of the service provided by the Special Offer,
without a discount, is indicated when registering the Special Offer in the ‘Cart’
or on the website of the Synevo Laboratory synevo.ua.
The service of taking biological material using
disposable systems is not included in the cost of the Special Offer and is paid
for separately. The cost of the service of taking biological material using
disposable systems is indicated immediately when registering the Special Offer
in the ‘Cart’.
Participants of the Promotion are persons with full
legal capacity and holders of cards of the international payment system
Masterсard®, issued by any banks of Ukraine. Participants under 18 years of age
(persons with partial legal capacity) have the right to participate in the
Promotion in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
