Description
Barbiturates are a group of drugs that inhibit the activity of the nervous system. They are widely used in psychiatry as antidepressants. Accidental or deliberate overdose of them is deadly.
This test makes it possible to confirm the presence in the body of drugs from the group of barbiturates, which plays an important role in the diagnosis and correction of the treatment of overdose with narcotic drugs and antidepressants.
In combination with the determination of the presence of other drugs in the blood, it is widely used in judicial practice.
