Description

Qualitative PCR testing is a laboratory method aimed at detecting the genetic material of Gardnerella vaginalis in endometrial scraping samples. Gardnerella vaginalis is known as one of the primary causes of vaginosis.

When and who needs the test?

The test can be used for the diagnosis of gardnerellosis and its differential diagnosis from other vaginal microbiota disorders.
