3262. PCR. Thrombophilia. SERPINE-1 gene, PAI-1 (675 5G>4G)
Description
Genetic test makes it possible to reveal the polymorphism of the genes of factors and components of the hemostasis system, leading to their abnormal synthesis or impairment of functional activity. This makes it possible to assess the risks of developing cardiovascular pathology and obstetric and gynecological complications, thromboembolism, venous and arterial thrombosis. Serpin 1 (PAI-1) is a tissue plasminogen activator antagonist. Increase in the level of PAI-1 in the blood, decrease in the fibrinolytic activity of the blood.
