3216. PCR. Thrombophilia. ITGB3-β-integrin gene (1565 T>C)
Description
The ITGB3-β gene encodes the amino acid sequence of the protein molecule of the fibrinogen receptor of the platelet receptor. With structural changes in this gene, there is a failure in the formation of blood clots and a systemic impairment of hemostasis.
