Description
A comprehensive test that for you to identify myositis-specific autoantibodies, most of which are directed against nuclear antigens, dermatomyositis, polymyositis and inclusion myositis constitute a group of inflammatory myopathies that are characterized by a cytotoxic and humoral response to striated muscle components.
The test is performed on the Phadia analyzer using the Elia method, which allows you to accurately detect anti-synthetase antibodies directed against tRNA synthetase enzymes.
When and who needs the test?
