Description
Chlorhexidine is capable of causing allergies. A dangerous type of such reaction is an immediate allergic response: urticaria, angioedema, and possible anaphylaxis during surgery. Allergic contact dermatitis can be caused by chlorhexidine.
Its signs are rough, dry and scaly skin, sometimes with bleeding wounds. These symptoms appear within 12 to 48 hours of contact with the product.This test will help determine the degree of sensitivity to chlorhexidine.

When and who needs the test?
