TORCH IgG is a test for antibodies to the five most common infections (toxoplasmosis, rubella, cytoplasmosis, and herpes types 1 and 2). This test assesses immunity following an infection or vaccination. It is recommended for adults and children in various clinical situations.
When and who needs the test?
