2045. Single-stranded DNA, IgG antibodies
Description
Antibodies to single-stranded DNA are a type of antinuclear antibodies that appear in autoimmune connective tissue diseases, infectious and oncological diseases. They are not specific for any pathology, so this test cannot be a priority in the examination. It is carried out in patients with complaints of general weakness, fever, arthritis, muscle pain, red spots on the neck and face, and damage to other organs.
