Description
Hemostasiogram is a complex multicomponent test that allows you to objectively assess the state of the blood coagulation system. A hemostasiogram is more informative than a coagulogram since it includes an assessment of the D-dimer as an indicator of thrombosis and antithrombin as a substance that ensures the normal functioning of heparin.

When and who needs the test?
When examining before surgery, with suspected pulmonary embolism, disseminated intravascular coagulation syndrome, with bleeding of any localization, when taking anticoagulants, with severe liver diseases, repeated miscarriages, examining a patient with thrombosis, thromboembolism, positive antibodies to cardiolipin and lupus antibodies, with hereditary predisposition to disorders of the hemostatic system.
