Promotion Rules: ‘Giveaway. 10,000 in Telegram’
A person who is subscribed to the official page of Laboratory Synevo* on the Telegram social network and who, from March 17, 2026, to March 24, 2026, fulfilled the conditions of the contest, namely:
- clicked the "Participate" button under the promotional post (from March 17, 2026) on the official page of Laboratory Synevo* on the Telegram social network, is entitled to a one-time discount of UAH 1,000.00 on the order of laboratory diagnostic services performed at the Laboratory Synevo*.
On 24.03.2026, using the «ukrainian_giveaway_bot» bot, Laboratory Synevo will select 10 winners from among those who have fulfilled the above conditions. The results will be published on the Laboratory Synevo page on the Telegram social network on March 24, 2026.
The discount promo code will be sent between March 24, 2026, and March 27, 2026, via a message from the manager (representative of Synevo*) on the Telegram social network to persons who have fulfilled all the conditions of the Promotion and have been identified using the «ukrainian_giveaway_bot» bot.
Any person who has received a discount promo code is entitled to a discount of UAH 1,000.00 on the order of laboratory diagnostic services of the Laboratory Synevo* (hereinafter referred to as the Special Offer/Coupon) for themselves or any other person in the manner specified below.
To receive the discount, you must:
- activate the promo code on the Laboratory Synevo website. To activate the promo code, you must go to the special page on the Laboratory Synevo website by April 30, 2026, inclusive, and enter your mobile phone number and promo code. After activating the promo code, a fixed discount will be sent to the phone number you provided, which can be used to order online laboratory diagnostic services; or activate the promo code by logging into your "Personal Account" on the website synevo.ua, in the "Loyalty Program" section in the "Add Promo Code" block;
- to use the discount, you must visit the Laboratory Synevo* website synevo.ua by April 30, 2026 inclusive;
- register in the "Result Synevo" Loyalty Program and/or log in to your "Personal Account" using the phone number you provided when activating the promo code;
- place an online order on the website synevo.ua and use the discount amount provided to pay in full or in part for online orders of laboratory diagnostic services for yourself or any other person on the synevo.ua website;
- pay for your order on the synevo.ua website or at a Laboratory Synevo* diagnostic center;
- provide your phone number or order number when visiting the center in the city you selected when placing your online order;
- contact the selected branch of the Laboratory Synevo to place your order by April 30, 2026 inclusive.

The promo code can be used once.
Laboratory Synevo* is not responsible if the Promotion Participant does not receive a message in Telegram due to the privacy settings of the Promotion Participant's personal account.
The discount can only be used when ordering laboratory diagnostic services from Laboratory Synevo*. The discount cannot be used when ordering promotional offers if the rules of these offers, posted on the website synevo.ua, stipulate that additional discounts cannot be used.
The service of blood sampling with disposable systems is mandatory and must be added to the order and paid for separately; the cost of the service is immediately indicated in the "Basket".
Bonuses under the "Result Synevo" Loyalty Program** are not awarded for orders paid in full or in part using the discount provided under this Special Offer.
The accrued discount amount cannot be converted into cash and paid to the Participant in any form.
Participants in the Promotion are persons who have full legal capacity. Participants who are under 18 years of age have the right to participate in accordance with the procedure provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.
The discount received under the Special Offer is valid from March 24, 2026, to April 30, 2026.
