Promotion Terms and Conditions «May 2025. Test Yourself for Celiac Disease»
A person who selects the offer ′May 2025. Test
Yourself for Celiac Disease′ on the synevo.ua website (hereinafter referred to
as the Website) in the ′Special Offers′ section is entitled to receive a 30%
discount on the laboratory diagnostic service ′Package No. 364. Celiac Disease′
(service code 2421) (hereinafter referred to as the Special Offer and/or the
Coupon), under the following conditions:
- To receive the Special offer, you should register or
log in to your Personal Account on the Synevo Laboratory branch Website;
- Go to the ′Special offers′ section of the Website,
select the ′May 2025. Test Yourself for Celiac Disease′ offer and click the
′Read more′ button;
- Review the description of the Special offer and click
the ′Order test′ button;
- Enter the data of the person who is going to take the
test;
- Select the city in which the test will be performed.
The Special offer is valid at Synevo Laboratory branches*, the list of which is
available at,
except for branches marked with * (asterisk);
- Pay for the order on the Website or at a Synevo
Laboratory branch;
- The
order number will be displayed on the Website and sent to the email address
provided during order placement;
- Provide the order number during your visit to the
laboratory center in the selected city (as chosen in the ′Select a city′
section).
The Special offer is valid from May 12, 2025, to May
31, 2025.
The full price of the service without the discount is
shown during checkout in the ′Cart′ or on the Synevo Laboratory branch on the
Website.
The service of biological material collection using
disposable systems is not included in the price of the Special Offer and must
be paid for separately. The cost of this service is indicated during checkout
in the ′Cart′.
If you order a service under the Special offer, no
other services may be added to the Cart on the Website.
Participants of the Promotion should have full legal
capacity. Individuals under the age of 18 (with limited legal capacity) may
participate in the Promotion in accordance with the current legislation of
Ukraine.
Loyalty program bonuses (Synevo Result) are not
credited for any order placed using this Special Offer. The terms and
conditions of the loyalty program are available via the link.
The applied discount cannot be converted into a cash
equivalent or paid to the Participant (of the Promotion or Special offer) in
cash.
