External Quality Control
The European network of medical laboratories Synevo pays great attention to the accuracy of laboratory tests. To confirm the quality and reliability of the results, Synevo laboratories participate in numerous external quality assessment programs performed by both foreign and local providers.
Tens of thousands medical laboratories take part in the External Quality Assessment programs of well-known independent international providers, for example, more than 50 000 medical laboratories from 139 countries have already joined RIQAS.
External Quality Assessment is a system for objective verification of laboratory competency and reliability of laboratory test results. Also the system involves the results comparison of different laboratories and approvement of reference laboratories.
The successful implementation of External Quality Assessment programs shows that the results of the Synevo research are accurate and reliable, so doctors and medical institutions around the world trust it.
